I'm pretty sure anyone is welcome to access the cheats. The question is, what satisfaction will you get from victory if you can only achieve it by cheating...

Also, how the **** did you get to the end of the campaign so fast?

create or use a shortcut to GCII, then right click on it, select properties. There should be something that saids Target and then inside is the destination in quotes. Outside those quotes at the end you type in cheat.

how you access cheats? ive seen how before but im not very good at technical stuff like that please help!

If that is the case, I don't know what else to tell you. If you can't figure out the instructions, then you are pretty much out of luck, unless you get someone to do it for you.

i play all day long!! lol actually i have too games i lost the first one.. then i start over again i not now how i lose first one! i play galciv2 once and it not their!! all my saves!! i also forgot how to do that last level.. the one i needed help with. and now my saves come back! oh and thank you for help, and anyone else have this problem cause this REALLY HAPPENED! they need to fix on one of the upgrades, or maybe it my computer?? wwell thanks anyway bye!
