Star Wars Mod Will Not Be Completed

We'll take it over! (Us being the Star Trek Team), and if others want to work on it, maybe we can make it a good old fashion race, and they already have a huge headstart!

I do hope the ship pack will still be released, even if the ST team takes over the mod.

I don't always want to convert to a full mod, but I do like playing with the different ships.

Now that the ST team is going to take over, any thoughts on maybe merging the two MODS or creating a third MOD where the Star Wars Universe and the Star Trek Universe meld with one another? Would be really cool if the two sides could duke it out!

Quixen - that plan was already long in the works actually We have mentioned it before, but were waiting on this team to finish up and put some stuff out, but now we'll continue to work on it, but I know some members of the Star Wars team are planning to continue to still work with I-Mods. So maybe two mods will com eout. Who knows, lets see

You know, since your old account was changed to Darth Nihilus, you should be able to take the name Master U again for this account. It would make you more recognizable, at least.

I'd just like to point out here that I am on Master U's new modding team as well.

I believe that whoever you gave it to to keep up the Empire handed it off to someone else just a little while ago. If you want to contact him you can just click on the name on one of the posts in the Empire thread, and use the email option. You might also be able to contact support about transferring your registrations to your current account if you want to do that too (though I can't guarantee results, it won't hurt to ask).

Okay, so why is the Star Trek Team being shunned by I-Mod productions? Thats funny, the team that even StarDock is posting rave views about uniting modding for Gal Civ, is going to shun one of the most popular mods out for the game....

simple fact, renfl: I don't want that what happened in the past happen again, trust needs time, and I have no trust in you, this should be understandable for all people, that I don't trust in someone, who destroy other ones dream and make it his own, thats sad, but you was unable to solve this problem with me on diplomatic ways. We all wanted the mod Stefan, and the three of us Knight, Han and myself all appealed to you, and you didn't work with us one bit, infact you took work we did and changed it to fit your vision, which is not what being part of a team is about... No one stole your vision and made it their own, we all wanted that mod, you just had to make sure it was only your vision that came out and could not work with a team properly at the time, so I hope its changed.

Funny thing is we all left the team due to bad leadership, I didn't track the current team members down, hold their families hostage and make them work with me, they chose to leave because they saw what you were doing, and deathbychi left before I left, and then when he saw we had started a new one, joined us because we listened to him, listened to what he wanted to offer, and encouraged him to do it... Same with Knight, he was never given a chance on your team, but he saw that Han and I both wanted to make it more open, and to have fun with it, and any time anyone (spax, deathbychi...) as offered to help, we've always allowed them to work on their part...

Nice to see though that you can admit, you are really just uniting modders, as long as they completely agree with you.

Guys, this is an old arguement. Please take it offline to discuss further. No need to clutter the forum with this nonsense.
