Ship design upgrade bug

When you upgrade a ship design in the shipyard and the box pops up asking if you want to upgrade the ship it doesn't show the type you're actually upgrading. All your other designs are there.

Relating to upgrades.

I had a constuctor being built with a speed of 16.
I designed another with speed of 30.
Then used the Governor to update all the production planets.

The speed 17 one remained there.
The speed 30 one appeared below it.
The star ports were still producing the speed 16.

This is with the Beta DA.
