Stardock Problem

I never had a problem with Stardock and i've bought GalCiv1 + 2 and now DA. But now i've something strange:

On my PC at home i've a perfect installation of GalCiv2 Dark Avatar beta 2b.

But on my laptop stardock only bring up 0.20.026 as available download (updated 8th dec. 2006). When i install this the version don't work correct.

The only difference between my laptop and home pc is that i use a proxy for my laptop to download. But that proxy connection works right (i didn't get any logon problem).

Why did stardock shows an old version from 8. December 2006 as the available one and not the new beta 2b version i got at home?

Ok, i solved the problem.

Just uninstall and reinstall the game didn't work.

But after uninstall stardock central and deleting all folder and reinstaling stardock central i got the correct updated version list of the game.

Don't know why this happened. But at least it works now

As of the weekend it was released, beta 2b was only on the US1 server, not the US2 server. If that's still the case you may just have needed to change your server setting in the options.
