AI conquer aquatic/barren/poison planets without haviung the tech

Could you explain it a little better?

Something like

AI civs do not have planetary invasion and are invading

or

They are conquering a world that the don't have the colonization tech for yet

I believe if it’s the latter there is nothing stopping the AI from conquering it but they can’t build anything on it until they research the tech

The bug is that they colonize worlds without having the tech and that shouldn't be possible.

That would be a bug if it is true. You might want to keep a saved game aside incase somone here asks you to send it in.

Could you be a little more specific as to who is colonizing what? You know a couple of civs start with some colonization techs by default, so be sure to rule that out also.

You sure it isn't because of a super ability? A save of this would be awesome for bug fixing.

They have 0 production on these conquered planets. It's the same if you conquer a planet without the right colonisation tech. It's not a bug.

I've to step back from my own bug report.

I double checked it and all the colonizer have the correct tech.
In my first test tech trading was off and even with the best spies i didn't see the techs completly. The spy report (in later game) and the really fast colonize from the AI (in early game) let me believe they didn't have the tech. (No super ability that would help).
But with tech trading on i see that see just research it really fast.

  no i must have missed that one. Keeping to the spirit of pettiness in this thread the guy has misread my name judging by his spelling mistake so he's hardly perfect ethier. Anyway the subject of the thread has been resolved so this is my last post.
