Galciv II Dark Avater Beta Problem Installing

Hi there

I have just preordered the expansion and when I download the beta through Stardock I get so far then it seems to get stuck saying activating module.

Is the beta no longer available or is this some other error. Please advise any help would be much appreciated.

There have beena few issues getting the beta downloaded. Please try and d/l it again and see if this rectifies the issue. You will also need your new DA serial no to activate it once you have succesfully downloaded it too.

Have re-downloaded four times and entered the correct serial number still no success. It gets stuck at activating module.

Also at this point I'm unable to cancel the install without exiting Stardock. I then get the prompt saying Dark Avater is still being installed.

I really have no idea what to try next.

Managed to sort the problem by reinstalling Stardock it may have been a problem with my firewall. Thanks for the help ready to try it out now.
