Can you tell influence levels in DA?

Since the general spying has been disabled for the individual spies, is there any way to tell the level of influence you have over rival civ worlds with those spies? How about ship information?

Scincerely,

You can still gather that intel, but it is much more tedious b/c you need to build and place spies to get it (you don't have to leave them in place, but you must at least place 3, 6, or 9 to get the various intel levels).

I forget which level lets you see the basic world stats (Low?), but you can definitely get that info if you spend for the spy units and take the time to find a world where you can place enough of them.

I'm still hoping for one or two buttons that let you use the new units to get this info while not actually initiating sabotage.

That's like asking Bond to do some recon work without blowing anything up

No, it's like asking the devs not to wreck player wrists needlessly

Yeah Yeah Yeah, just wait until they build a macro engine

Macros are sweet if they are manageable. I remember when MS Word was young and you could easily move macros across templates...

But more importantly, I've just noticed something in DA B2B. It seems that you now have to leave spies on the ground for at least one turn before you can gather intel. I can buy that, Bond nonsense aside, but I'd still like a pair of buttons with functions like "Place All Possible Spies On This World" and "Remove All Spies From This World."
