Dread lords bug

In DA....

In DA the Dreadlords have a couple of bugs.

1)if you go to the "foriegn policies" button, you can talk to them. If you click on the planet and try to speak to them, you can't. Please make the dreadlord fully anti-social

2)You can spy on a Dradlords' planet and place agants. They don't seem to try to nullify them and it kills their production significantly.

Just helping the devs find the bugs.

Please make sure you post DA bugs in the 'Beta Reports' forum, rather than the 'Bug Reports' forum (which is for standard GC2).

Wait!, I forgot another bug! When the dreadies pop up (as in a mega event) the races shipos that were on the planet defend it as if it were thir own. I wonder if that civ was protecting the dreadlords...

Both of these issues have been fixed and will be in the next iteration of the beta build.

Thanks for bug-hunting!

I'm not sure if this is intentional but, having had the Dread Lords pop up suddenly I was lucky enough to have a bunch of transports ready to go and invade them. When I get there I realise that they only actually have 20000 colonists (vs my 3000000 troops) and although they put up a valiant fight I roll over them only losing a third of my contigent.

In effect, I basically got a freebie planet

As you said...

I was lucky enough to have a bunch of transports ready to go and invade them.

If it had happened at another time in the game, you might not have had such an easy time.  I guess you lucked out.

It takes a while before they get any ships on their planet, not to mention s proper population. Perhaps they should be rebalanced so the above issue can't happen. Perhaps letting them start with 5-10b people and a handful of ships of medium strength.
