basically, i want to know wat all us noobs must know, what programs do i use? i want to make boot screens, logins, and desktop theme packages, window blinds i guess. Tanks for all incoming help

WinCustomize Forums Top

bootskins = graphics propram and note pad
logons = graphics program and logon studio
desktop theme packages = depends on your definition, else graphics program and desktopX standard (minimum)
windowblinds = graphics program and skin studio
