MegaEvents location

I wanted to take a look under the hood at the MegaEvents... does anyone know where they are located? Are they in xml format?

Sorry, mega-events are in the game's code itself (since they have all sorts of special results and the game does not have a scripting engine). They cannot be modded because of this.
