Logging in to Metaverse

I was informed that when I start a new game I will be asked to log in to the Metaverse. This has not occurred. I try to manually select the Metaverse and it asks me to create a character every time. I have created one already and when I log in manually tothe site I get in.

Any ideas why I am not being asked to log in at game startup. Is ther an option box I need to check off. Is there a reason I am being asked to create a new character each time I try to logon with my existing character?

Are you trying to log in with the character's name? At the login prompt you receive when you click the Metaverse button on the game's main menu, you should log in with your forum account (Brad Ross).

It does not appear that you've succesfully created a character as yet--there are none on your account (When you have made a character, it will appear on your profile, which you can view by clicking on your name just above your post here and selecting View Brad Ross's Profile).
