I Need Some Help.

I just bought M2TW and when I put the 1st cd in my computer makes some wierd noise and nothing happens. Nothing wrong inside the machine and I went everywhere I could think of for help and followed the installation instructions. I was hoping that some of you guys could help. Anything help you can think of will be good, I am thankful for any assistance.
