Purchase option without cd/manual shipped?

Hi,

Will you have a less expensive download option if we dont desire to have the manual and cd shipped to us? I would be perfectly content printing the manual from a pdf and burning my own copy from the download.

Well the price for shipping is $5 in US, $10 outside US. If you just want to download then you just have to pay the price that is shown.. ($44.95)
There is no discount if you do not want the manual, it comes with the shipping anyway:)
