Initial colony site bug

I got a new planet after a vote. The one that goes something like " New planet now available for colonization. Voting to see who should get it." Anyway, I won the vote and got the planet. The planet has two Initial Colony squares on it. I sent an email with the saved game file.

Great work so far on the expansion beta. It's leaving me drooling for the final release version.
