Krynn abilities bug?

I am playing a game as the Krynn. Race description says they should be immune to spies on there planets. I am getting multiple spies on my improvements. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Might not be put in yet, I've heard not all super powers are available yet. But it might be a bug, I remember trying to put a spy on a Krynn planet and getting a popup saying I couldn't do that to this race.

Super abilities are still on their way to being completely hooked up.  This particular issue has been fixed, and will be in the next iteration of the Beta build.

i would say the bug is in the fact that the ai put spies on the krynn .... my first game was with the krynn and the spies had no effect (or it was just my first game and i missed it)
