Updating game on pc without internet connection failed

Does anybody experienced the same ???

I have tried from two different e-mail acounts to get automatic update for the 1.4 patch using exactly what was mentioned on the link site for the case where you run the game on a pc that does not have internet You had to fill some data in the activation box of the game and then copy it into a pc that has internet and mail.
It also saya that you should get activation or any reply within 16 hours
I did this in October so I think everybody gets the picture nothing !!!!!!!!
The only reply I got was a louzy answer from the support guys that I should use the
same link all over again that I already tried 3 times ! including some mails to try to get any reply at all nothing worked.
I'm considering to remove the game from my pc and bring it back to the store I mean what else is left remove the patch and use it without ??
I'm used to different support that really is still support.....

Oh by the way before the usual reaction appear :
1)My code does not start with GCII- !
2)it is not a pirated version
(it was sealed in a anti break in box etc...)
finally it did contain a normal looking
serial number inside.....

Support says that your activation attempts did process succesfully--you should check that your spam blocker/bulk folder/ISP did not catch the response from the activation system.

: Thank you for your patience.

I see that you have submitted multiple activation requests and after processing your first, it came back successful. I can only assume the others were also successful, as no ticket had been created in our support system.

Here's how it goes: You send an activation request and it's automatically processed. If it fails because the serial number or email address is incorrect when creating that long < activate > string, a support ticket is created that we then respond to manually. We resolve the issue through these means from there out.

In your situation, you had submitted activation requests that went through successfully (so no support tickets were created) and your emails had to be retrieved manually from our server. I can only imagine that either your mail provider does not like zip attachments, or something about the email, as the emails do show as having been sent out from here.

I've sent you a mail directly, so you should be all set. Thanks again for your patience through all of this. I appreciate the time and effort you've spent ensuring you had everything correct, despite being deterred by some factor outside your control.

Enjoy your game!
