Question regarding my order billing

Wondering if anyone from Stardock can answer this one for me. I pre-ordered the expansion w/optional CD. My receipt shows nothing with regards to the CD. There is no additional charge for shipping/handling either. How do I confirm that I ordered the CD version? I had put that in the comments box where you place your order, but I don't think it "took". Anyone know how I can find out or what I should do? Again, my credit card was charged, but just for the 24.95, nothing about shipping. Will this become an issue later on down the road, or just an oversight?

There was a seperate button for ordering the download plus CD versus ordering download only. If you got charged the $24.95 then you probably pressed the wrong button. I don't think putting that in the comment section will actually do anything.

I'm sure Stardock isn't making any money off the $5 shiping cost of the CD. In fact, I would expect that they lose a bit on each one they send out. I ordered the CD as well, just let me send you a copy of mine when it comes in February. It'll save Stardock the time and effort to chase down and change your order, it'll save you the $5, and it's only fitting since that's the reason I have the shiny new diplomat title in front of my name. What do ya say?

Hmmm, I still don't know if I should take "credit" for that one, but I will let you know the details when it's closer to February. And of course I pressed the button with CD option. If your receipt says something else I'd be curious to know so. That was the reason I was asking since I found it odd, especially after seeing the charge go through on my credit card without any shipping. Minor problem of course.

My emailed reciept had something like "Gal Civ blah blah [pre CD]" on it. But I haven't seen any charge on my credit card. I just pre ordered yesterday.

Mumblefratz, before long you will be promoted from Diplomat to Ambassador! I'm just hoping to get promoted from Citizen to Veteran so day.

p.s. I just pre-ordered DA but I won't be playing the beta anytime soon. I've a new gigantic map (everything abundant) game to finish first and we both know how long they take!

I should have re-read what I typed. I meant the payment receipt from Stardock which was issued about ten hours after pre-ordering more or less. I have no actual idea if my CC account has been charged yet. Apologies for the misinformation! I just assumed that the emailed receipt meant that my order had been processed and charged accordingly.

I have my emailed receipt at home but I'm virtually certain it said $29.95, I'll post something here over the weekend if it isn't.
