Are cards getting charged in any particular order? it seems people who have preordered today are getting pushed through right away, while those of us who preordered months ago are still waiting?

When will we know if our order has been processed and we can DL DA?

The username on my stardock store account is different than my account name on stardock central, how does SDC know to make the update available to me?

The batches don't seem to be going quite yet. A couple of Stardock folks are on the IRC still, but it might be good to just let go of this ship date stuff. Looks like technical problems outside Stardock's control might be at play.

Please do _not_ order again. Either your preorder will process tonight or it won't, but it'll be done by morning. I know some have already failed (incorrect info, expired info, etc).

If you have preordered and you don't get the email tonight, please gently contact [email protected] after 9am EST and we'll get things sorted. The more info you can include (like say your order email/number or at the very least the email address), the better.

In response to a question earlier, you will be able to purchase the DA beta and get initial access to it for at least the next week (probably a couple of days more given the holiday next week). But, it will be closed again at some point and things will move back to preorders for new purchases until otherwise noted.

Updates for those with access will continue to follow until we move into further phases of testing, at which point new updates will be to a more limited group up until release.

Well, I just got my email, but I still don't have the option do download it. Stardock Central still says "Purchase"

Probably gentle enough, but about 11 hours early!

when you get the e-mail the e-mail has a prodect key / seriel key. You have to register DA with that key. This is all be previosly explained and is pretty simple.

I was getting the Purchase button too when I first went on Stardock. But I closed it down and then opened Stardock up again and the button had changed to Install. Downloading right now

Another comment: you must have the Stardock Central 2.38.432 Build 139 (or later) to be able to install the build. I know based on testing that somehow a few people still are on Build 115 from February (that one had a bug that didn't auto-update).

If need be, slap http://storage.stardock.com/files/sdcentral_setup.exe over it and you should be up to build 139.

Minor technical problem. I now have the email and the install button on sdc, but when I try to register DA, I'm told the serial number (copy/pasted from the email) is invalid and it won't let me download. Am I doing something incredibly stupid (probable) or is this just a glitch? If the latter, is there anything I can do now, or just wait and contact sales support tomorrow after 9am EST?

Did not get the email yet but manually ask for the complete list to be send to my account again and there is a serial there for Dark Avatar but it still does not work.

Any idea?
