If you did not receive an email immediately after your purchase (I'm not sure if we still send out temporary serials for boxed copy orders), you can double check the serials associated with your email address at this page. If that page says you have no serials associated with your address, you can contact [email protected] to confirm that the order went through and have them merge your store account and SDC/forum account data together if need be.

It's worth noting that the store accounts and SDC/forum accounts are NOT the same (there is a notice to that effect on the store site). If you did not already have an SDC/forum account under the same address before purchasing, you'll need to wait until you get a serial and register it manually to your SDC/forum account.

and honestly, had I read your forums before I signed up I would have gone to the store..sems your company has issues with follow through on promises and statements.

Hardly anyone has problems.
The people who have problems are usualy people who dont know how to read.
Or make assumptions, like how you assumed that the SDC and this forum have the same login. If you wanted the box then you should have "run down to your closest store" and bought it there since it would be cheaper. I chose to buy it online cause it is more convient for me. If you cant wait 1-2 days to talk to someone M-F then you need to grow up cause thats how the world works.
