stargate ships

hi im kinda new to this game and im having some difficulty designing ships. i was jus wondering if ther are any more stargate fans that play this game. if there are has anyone come up with ideas on creating the ships from stargate e.g. the Bc304 - Daedalus, oddyssey etc

A mod is being developed by the team that made the st mod. They have done several ships, daedalus, ancient warship and I belive promie. But I'm not sure if they have actually released the ships individually or are waiting for the whole mod.

cheers, i did do a search for stargate but the problem is that the mods dont work on my game, it must be something im doing so i was wondering if ther is a guide to actualy designing the ship yourself in the ship yard?

You can't. In the shipyard you can only use existing hulls and ships, and add jewelry pieces to them.

You have to create the model with a program like 3DStudio, then export it to a .x file.

Not the easiest thing to do, by the way.

If it is not showing up in your game you are doing something wrong.
First of all, you have to start a new game for new hulls to show up. So if you followed the instructions for adding the hull but expected to see it in a current game you will be disappointed.

Adding hulls is not too difficult. If you tell exactly what you did, we may be able to help you find the problem.
