Dread Lord ships

Is there anyway to access the Dreadlord ship styles? I havent really played a whole lot so Im not sure if i need to beat the campaign to do this or what.

Not directly, no.

But if you install Kryo's Hull System Mod you can use the Dread Lord hulls as jewelry on one of Kryo's blank hulls.
