Problem re-installing the game

For reasons I would rather not go into, I decided to uninstall and re-install the game onto my laptop.
Uninstall went fine. I went to SDCentral and select GalCiv2 to install (it told me it had to install other parts as well, movies, tutorials, etc). Next it gets to the point of downloading gc2.sdc, it downloads it 100% then starts to download it again. It does this over and over and over.

I think it is broke, what is the problem with it?

Wait, I switched servers and it healed itself I think. It is now extracting installation files.
