Expert Advice Needed

Need some experienced expert advice here.

I need to know how low can you go with your approval rating. The game manual mentions if it goes below 30% then your population will stop growing and even possibly decrease.

Does this mean I can go down to 31% approval rating with no consequences?

Lenius, are you paying any attention? I don't have low taxes. I have a morale focused strategy. I keep my morale as high as I can with 2 or 3 morale buildings on a size 12+ planet. Yes, it weakens my manufacturing ability somewhat. But I'm keeping high taxes and high morale. You have no right to call anyone close minded. Well you do, but still you should actually read what they say first. I'm sure your strategy works wonderfully, I just prefer actually having a high income. It's rather evident you have no idea what you're talking about when it comes to other players strategies, so I advise you DO stop.

Yes, it's got a low harder since 1.31, but it's still doable if you focus on morale. And I like the high pop + economy.
