Wane? Luncher?

Are you... illiterate?

Go back to third-grade.

...or maybe English isn't his native language?

Speaking of which, who hyphenates the term "third grade"?

@ wheeloffire

Do you need to be a prick?

yeah come on give the guy a break, sheesh

So you can't look up the proper spelling and usage and I'm supposed to forgive you for this with the additional factor that you're 14?

And if I go into your country and write like I didn't attempt to get anything right, what would happen to me? Forgiveness? I doubt it.

Look at my medals. See "very evil." Your tardness gets no mercy.

And it's "STFU," by the way... You should try it.

Kryo you got to make some rule on antagonising other posters

Yeah, I'd give "non-English as a first language" people a break.

I only get mad at people who's FIRST language is English and they butcher it over and over and over again.

Utter, utter garbage.

Was there any point whatsoever in you posting, except maybe to antogonise wheel and whine to kryo?

They should make a rule on hypocrisy here.

There is a rule. And when I say please, I do it to be nice. I really mean 'do it or you'll be impaled with giant drinking straws wielded by a horde of rabid ewoks'.

Wheel, the kid found something he thought was cool.
Do you have to go so far off topic because of spelling errors?
And by the way, he did not 'come to this country'. In case you have not noticed, the WWW is worldwide, not country wide (WWW stands for WORLD wide web, it is not CWW).

Grow up.

And BTW, evil is not a virtue.

Beliefs. And no. You come to the forum whining about someone, you've just laid down any right to complain when someone smacks you in the mouth for being an irritating git, let alone if someone happens to disagree with you (heaven forbid).

Yes they are my beliefs and no you do not have the authority to challage them and the last time I checked we all come from democratic states, so i am going to do the only democratic thing today on this forum. I hold my arm in a truce, stop all of this voilence and save it for the battlefield, let us just agree that all the mistakes in grammar and spelling are part of being human and as humans we make mistakes.

do you accept?

Good god no. This isn't a democracy, what the hell gave you that idea? This is Stardock's forum, their word is law. No democracy involved whatsoever.

And yes, I can challenge what you say or do. That would be part of democracy... I can challenge anything you say, and sorry but your idiotic and flawed logic won't really do much to stop me.

You piss people off, you face the consequences. You're not special, you don't get any extra rules made to make this a democracy for you. Deal with it.

He's just a jerk, I'd love to whip his ass in MP GALCIV 2. I'd take you out before the Torians just for fun, and if you were playing as the Torians, I'd take you out first anyway cause I don't like you already.

STFU that's cute, don't see that one in the dictionary, maybe you got that in the DICKionary.

You need to win a game first, Danny boy. Ditto for you, Shadowmaster.

You all know where to find me when MP comes out.

That was just too much Kryo... LMAO (since I guess I really can't say it huh? Can I, please oh please, CAN I!!)

Is this a challenge issued before the development has even begun? Lol. What better endorsement for MP then a SP player challenging another SP player. Perhaps in the not too far future we could get one going.

I'd be willing to set aside a weekend day to playing a game of 4-8 hours of length. I think making a few different MP options would be cool.

Hotseat is a neat idea, but unless you have a lot of friends who play Galciv in your area, or if you could box up the autosave and ship it off to a friend via IM, and play a turn, this would be snail pace and not really rewarding.

Once MP comes along, I hope it'll enable us to play with a large group, perhaps 10 players, in a gigantic map, at a good pace, perhaps with dynamic pacing. If you guys have ever played empire earth you could dynamically change the pace, but I think only the host could do this.

I think it would be cool if a vote system, that pops up when you press "turn", would allow you to vote to add an extra min to the next turn, or take away a min from the next turn, or leave it blank. If no clear majority say 50% was reached then no changes would be made, otherwise, increases or decreases in turn rate would happen automatically. If you ended up taking the allowed time, then the game would automatically move to the next turn. A neat check/balances would be that larger empires would naturally have more managing necessary, so a natural advantage would favor the smaller empires. Smaller empires could gang up to vote for faster turns. This would all have to be handeled outside the UP cause that's just unnecessary complexity. What do you guys think about the idea? Any negatives/problems? There could be a min/max that is set by the host before the game starts so no turn would be less then 3 min, and no turn longer then 10 min. That would keep things moving.
