stardock account

Hi guys.

I just bought a new comp and for some wierd reason I can't enter with my stardock account I got a faild to update account info massege!
So i can't redownlaod the game! i've been reduced to mumbling about the game instead of playing it   

I enter my e-mail address and my password (the correct ones) so i'm officially clueless.

and i can't find any thing about why i enter my account info and can't log into stardock central....

You get an autoresponse just to confirm that your mail was received (and not caught in the spam filter). A real live person should look your message over today as well and get back to you.
