GalCiv 2 v1.31 crash - while attacking

I have problems with 1.31 patch. Game keeps crashing to desktop while I want to attack someone. I've tested it on 2 computers (laptop and desktop). Here is debug.err file (from desktop):

If you updated to 1.31 shorlty after it came out, you may want to try redownloading the patch and installing it again. There were some issues with the localization of the data files, and this was fixed and updated for at least the French and German versions.

If it still crashes at battles after you repatch, I'll see if our European moderator can supply you with the changes you'd need to make to fix it yourself.

I've redowload the patch, and the problem is still there. AFAIK i'm not the only one with this issue. I'll be gratful for any help.

I think the problem lies in Data\Polish\English.str. When I switched this file with the file from: Data\English\English.str game stoped crashing.

Ok, i figured it out. I've to change lines:

[ShipDefeated] %s - pokonany. Zwyciężył: %s: %s.
[ShipDestroyed] %s - Zwycięstwo! Zniszczony: %s: %s.

to:

[ShipDefeated] %s - pokonany. Zwycięzył: %s.
[ShipDestroyed] %s - Zwycięstwo! Zniszczony: %s.

btw. there is translation error in line:

[AssemblesNextWeek] Obrady OPZ odbędą się w przyszłym miesiącu.

it should be:

[AssemblesNextWeek] Obrady OPZ odbędą się w przyszłym tygodniu.

Kryo, I hate to say that, but I have posted that problem in this thread https://forums.galciv2.com/?forumid=274&aid=129932 . And I have asked that Stardock patches the translated files to avoid this crash. Sadly, the official position was to wait for new translated files from Paradox or for files from volunteers.

It is sad that this known problem that could have been fixed easily (since it required only to change some %s %s into %s t ) must wait from report in each translated languages to be fixed.
