How do you build a starport on a planet?

Maybe a stupid question, but I just got the game and I can't figure out how to do so. Can anyone offer any tips here on what I'm doing wrong?

The initial colony already has it built.

On all other planets, just select a green tile, then go down the list of available buildings and double-click on the Starport (or single-click to select it, then click the Build button). Or single-click and then click the Buy button if you want to buy it outright.

do what Moosetek said, but remember that you can only build one (1) starport per planet, once you've built it then it dissapears from the building menu.

Thankyou for your help guys. I was playing the game not knowing how to build improvements on any planet, let alone a starport. Talk about useful advice!
