Ran across this today on the net. Thought it worth sharing. Seems this man in Britain creates art objects so small they are difficult to see with the eye alone. He must have quite a bit of time on his hands...and a steadier hand than mine!

Microsculpture is possible today using the electron microscope or the force-atomic microscope and other devices known in Nanotechnology. But to do it (microsculpture) without these aids certainly take a lot of (super)human effort.

To achieve this, he needs an absolutely quiet environment, in which, holding his breath and controlling his pulse by meditative power, he plies his art with a cutting wire thinner than the hair. To read the surprisingly neat characters on the finished work, it is necessary to magnify them several dozen times with a microscope.
