Where is the bonus?

Have anyone noticed that when you have +10% HP bonus and doesnt show up on the ship builder? So when i start building ships and i been doing the math by how much HPs this one gonna have. For some reason it wont add up HP bonuses while in shipyard. As far i know it will add up once it completed, that the good thing.

One more question, where are the Military Resource Bonuses? Wish they show up too and when i have a military starbase giving the vessels extra attacks/defenses it seem to be working okay. For some reason Military Resource Bonuses doesnt appear at all.

I think whay you might be looking for can be found in game under civilization manager - stats & graphs - then abilities, it will increase the weapons and defense percentages shown there.
