Ok I'II try this agian, this time I don't want a freakin hissy fit (i'm looking at you Moosetek13 ). What does the "Ensign" medal mean?

how do u get to show ur medels in the bottom of this or my post

Go to http://metaverse.galciv2.com/index.aspx?g=managecharacters and click the darkened 'default' button next to the character whose medals you want to use.

Those who were Diplomats in GCI and beta tested GC II moved up a notch. I was late into GCI but beta tested GC II so I moved to diplomat.

I think Veteran should go to any one who puts up 100 games.
