No, but that might make for an interesting racial ability.

If Frogboy could work out a way to make the tactical AI better, he'd do it for all the races.

I believe there r differences.

I have always found the Altarians and Arceans very competent in war. Strange, u would expect it to be one of the evil races. Not sure if those use the same AI script or not.

I agree Meglobob. I have noticed that if they get big enough, Altarians get pretty smart in war. Thinking that were peace loving, I have ignored them at times and regreted it. They also seem to hate me. Could be because I am ALWAYS evil.

I think that evil races should be better at war. If it could even be done(unlikely) you could have that as a race went to war more and more, the got better at designing ships and deploying forces.

This is easy. The human (non-AI) player is the best.

I was trying to cajole a response out of him, but you probably just spoiled my chances (no hard feelings though). Actually, I doubt even he could give a definitive answer, but I would think his subjective opinion would be better than most.

Has anyone noticed that the Thalans r the most friendly of all races?

Game after game, they always just go to friendly and stay there. If I have just military conquest on they r usually always the last race I have to conquer and I always feel a little guilty conquering them.

Actually, IMHO humor has the best chance of eliciting a response. In fact our interchange has probably increased our odds.
