The words "unfinished image" are written on the basic farming facility image and there seems to be one or many frames missing in the Yor diplomacy animation.

If you are talking about the white flash that occurs every now and then, it has been there from the beginning.
I think it is the Yor's way of subliminal messaging.

Hmmm... I remember seeing the 'unfinished image' bug in 1.2, but after updating to 1.31, I can no longer reproduce it.

I like the flash on the Yor communication screen.

Adds some personality to the race. In fact, I'd enjoy seeing this sort of thing carried further; such as the Drengin sitting very close to the camera so they loom in the screen (an 'invasion of privacy' tactic used to intimidate others).

Enhancing each race with such visual styles would further diversify them from each other.

I never noticed the Yor flash until I updated to 1.3. Now I get it constantly - very annoying. Never seen the farm bug those, sorry.
