Still havn't figured it out...

Turn off Fullscreen in the Video Options.

Plus you need to set the GC2 resolution to be less than your screens resolution.

It can be the same as the desktop resolution as well.

But, I notice when I play in windowed mode that the quality of the graphics suffers. The text is not as clear or as bright either. It may be something to do with my monitor but I use the same 1280x1024 resolution, which is the monitors native resolution. It just looks better when I run fullscreen.

I got that too. Had to run windowed before I found I had bad Nvidia drivers. When i went fullscreen it seemed clearer. Definately a difference.
