false information on build time for only one build

Hi!

Ever since 1.2 I get a false information on how long the only build in the queue will take. When I click on a tile and then e.g. "Basic Lab" it shows "Never" in the information box. After I doubleclick it says about 40wks in the building queue (with a social production of 10 or so). I either have to put something else in the queue to get the real times or to change the preference for military/social/research. So I can handle, but it is a bit annoying ...

It is because in 1.2 or later, unused social production, when you're not building a planet improvemnent, is transferred into military production, so when you come to build something, there is no social prod allocated. This is only a cosmetic glitch, but an annoying one nonetheless.

Understood. It would still be more convenient if you immediately knew how long the build will take after put in the queue. Perhaps a suggestion for 1.3 ...
