It should all be in the .str files somewhere.

looks like the .str file has the starting popup for a new game, but not the Strength and Weakness text for race selection...

There are some other files containing text as well, such as FlavorText.xml and GC2_Conversations.xml--be sure to check them too (probably FlavorText).

I can handle a .str modding... I already changed the screens.str and the english.str to the end. I know about the wnd and stuff... if help is needed you can E-mail me, (you know it right?)

even once, I tried to upload a screens.str change to the library.. after I waited like 3 weeks, I got E-mail from stardock:

you can't upload screens.str modding...

but things like that are just a simple "Delete, copy, paste" things...
you can't upload stuff like this today also right?
so I don't think the mod will change the screens.str too...
well, we'll see...
