Ally change in the new beta

Holy Moly. It is almost impossible to ally with anyone in the new beta. Instead of allying when "Friendly" the othere race now has to be "Close". I know there were complaints that it was too easy to achieve an Ally victory in the past. Seems almost impossible now.

Being close was always a requirement. Being able to ally at friendly was a bug that has been fixed.

Yep, alliance wins have been far easier than intended for a while now because relations got desynced, which is now fixed. Back to earning your wins the hard way now

Thank goodness! As one who likes to work to political system, that little "desync" was making life a little too easy... Back to crying and pounding the keyboard in frustration (why wont Lord Kona like me?!... I like me!)
