Best morale at 81% taxes

As most know, there is a huge penalty going from 80% to 81% taxes. I often tag up my tax rate to 81% to get an idea of how far "ahead" I am in terms of positive morale. The last game I saw the best number yet...66% approval at 81% taxes and 1.6 trillion people (huge map, total ~280 planets, I had most of the galaxy). What's the best you have seen?

I did the same thing when I had like 379 planets and 5-6 trillion population and 10 fully developed morale resources and believe I saw a 40-45% morale. The planets under 5B population stayed at 100% morale all the way up to 100% tax if I remember right.

I can usually run at about 85-90% approval at 80% taxes, but as soon as I hit 81% my approval drops to about 15% (the best I got was 17% i believe). I didn't have as many planets as that though, nor as many morale resources.

Best I've managed was 100 % morale at 69 % tax-rate. I'd maxed out the entertainment research branch, and my influence was flooding the far corners.
