Odd behavior and inaccurate numbers

I am playing the official 1.2 version and have noticed these two odd things:

- On the f5 relations screen, I can see that my relations to the Drengi, for example, are listed as "warm", while under "reports" I can see AS THE ONLY LISTING : "- our ethical alignment" (with no other factors listed), while AT THE SAME TIME my relations to the humans, for instance, are "neutral", while for their reports I can see "++ trading, + too busy to risk war with us, + our ethical alignment".

- On my planet view screen, I can often see that a ship will take X weeks or an improvement Y weeks to complete, while in the f2 overview (which I use more often) I will simultaneously see that the ship will take X+1 or X-1 and the improvement Y+1 or Y-1 weeks to complete. (Which is correct?)

thank you

The items listed there are just modifiers to your base relationship.

But all things being equal,

"- our ethical alignment" must surely yield something LOWER than "neutral" IF
"++ trading, + too busy to risk war, + our ethical alignment" is neutral

This has always been a GC2 bug. It was reported many times before but never fixed unfortunately.

Nope. Those values are just what will affect it if you do nothing at all. If you've been trading with the Drengin, it'll be nice and high. It's quite possible to get close with a race with 4 -s, and be hostile to someone with 6+s.

The strings on the report screens are not modifiers, they are the factors that make up your relationship with the other race. The factors are not equally weighted.

I have seen "number" problems when upgrading stations - sometimes it will display X out of 63 upgrades built for example when the max number is something like 28. This bug does get fixed when you upgrade to the true max number of modules.

Fully upgraded stations sometimes allow a constructor to trigger a completely empty menu instead of popping up the "no more upgrades available" window.

My 2 cents. Playing with the latest official version of course.
