Multi-Player

I cannot figure out how to play a multi-player game with my son.
I have two computers on a network at home and we want to play as allies against computer players.

Any pointers would help.

Galactic Civilizations 2 does not have a multiplayer mode.

Thankfully it's a new dude that's new and not some guy beating the dead horse forum topic on adding multiplayer.

Yup, sorry to tell you that this game does not have multi-player, and will not have it. The closest it has is the Metaverse which is basically a big old scoreboard.

While most of us would enjoy the multi-player, there was a big vote\poll earlier on whether a multi-player expansion was wanted (the expansion would be almost ONLY multi-player) and it was a resounding no.

that fact that the poll came out with a resounding no contradicts your statement that most of us would enjoy multi-player. multiplayer in turn-based strategy games is excruciatingly boring.
