forum problem

I submitted my avatar (personal icon) successfully, but the larger version of it (yes, 150x150) won't upload for the 'personal photo' area. it is a jpg, so it should be compatible- shouldn't it?

oops, didn't say what happened. I go to a screen that says it's 'being used by another process'.
