STARBASES HELP

HELLO ALL HOW DO YOU UPGRADE THE STARBASES? AFTER I BUILD A STARBASE IT TOLD ME THAT THERE ARE 19 UPGRADES BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO INSTALL THEM PLEASE HELP!

Build more constructor ships (the same ones you used to build the initial starbase). Move those ships onto the same square as the starbase. Each ship lets you add one upgrade module.
