Mouse Input changes

Need help re-mapping inputs on my mouse. It's an HP five-button mouse w/scroll wheel, and the scroll wheel isn't being registered. I want to re-map the zoom map functions to my fourth and fifth mouse buttons but there doesn't seem to be a menu in-game to allow me to do that. Is there a way to re-map controls to other keys/buttons?
