Do you build the Galactic Guide Book wonder in your games?

Can I put in my opinion here? I would like if new anomalies showed up mid game, it would give more reasons to continually explore and patrol, rather than finding everything once, and not going back.

I build it only because i try and build everything before anyone else but it is way WAY down the list.

Infact i have never once gotten to use it in a game because all the anomalies are gone by the time i build it.

Vote YES for reappearing/new anomalies mid later in the game it is suppose to be space after all and lots of things to explore.
