A federal judge has thrown out a pending state law in Minnesota that would have fined minors for obtaining adault-only games, saying the law was unconstitutional. The new law was scheduled to take effect on Tuesday. Under the legislation, those under 17 would have been fined $25 for renting or buying video games designed for adults - those rated "M" for Mature or "AO" for Adults Only. The law would have also forced stores to post warning signs about the fines.

Glad they showed some sense after all.
What ever happened to Parents looking in on thier kids and seeing what they are doing? And then deciding on thier own if they approve or not.
