Research information suggestion

This list of what ships can be built, and what techs are needed is very useful. Here is a suggestion to make it even more so.

The reason
When examining the list, it becomes quite long, and picking out which new ships are now available with this technology involves a long study of a scrolling list.

Suggestion
Would it be possible to have the list highlight New Ship Designs that become available with the selected technology? Maybe even sort them to the top?

cool idea made have a tad that pops up at the BOTTOM of the screen to say "Hey you got new ship design use it."

I believe most people design their own, so while an interesting idea, not sure many people would find it useful. No offense.

Yeah, interesting idea, but I usually dont even look at what core ship designs are opened up. Sorry!

Yeah, I'm not sure what good it would really do. I'd go beyond saying that most people design their own ships. I'd say that ALL people who want to be successful at the higher levels have to design their own ships, so the core ships are irrelevant even before they become available.

It would be more useful to have a pop-up for the Improvements and Starbase Modules, to read the stats and any other prerequisites (for example, if you look at the Blackhole Eruptor technology you'll see the starbase module "Matter Detonators" and the tooltip would indicate that they give starbases Missle Attack +7 and require Battlestations to be built).
