Is there any way that i can modify the game interface so that i can change some ways that the game runs like making it so that you can buy more than one thing at a time or makeing it so that you social production is empire wide instead of planetary?

it's not a big problem... you just change the screens.str and the English.str files to what that you want... like I changed in the screens.str the line: " Sector suitable for building" and because I like star wars and The Empire from the movie I changed it to: "Empire sector is allowed for building" or like this: "Sector requires Soil Enhancement to be usable" it becomes to" "Empire sector requires Soil Enhancement to be allowed" and I added a new govermant after Star Fed and stuff like this.. but to changed

that is not possible and to changed it it's far far far more complicate then XML changing, if you mess around with this your game system will crush, and it'll say to you "String not found" so be careful when you mod stuff like the screens.str and the English.str....
