They are both okay, but I think I prefer the original. Darker, more sinister look.
I like that they use purple, purple and black are the colors I use for my empire.

if you want to be a senator, you'll have to break the score the now stands on 17811 that's Ace Windu's score. I just don't want to have more then 6 senators in the Empire cause I saw the B.C Space Orcas and they have just to much senators. It's not that you are not important, everyone is important but this is the order.

Thanks Master U, that was my highest score so far. Actually I was a little disapointed, I expected it to be higher, because it was the first time I kept all settings on abundent on a gigantic map, and got the population over 4 trillion. That was a long game.

at this point we still have I think 12000 points to achieve if we want to go on the six! someone has jumped my player back into the 8# rank, so I guess I'm gonna bring it back to me, I like the seven rank. 2 more games and I'm gonna win racial victory! you better try it too! just play with 10 different races and you get another medal. with your progress I bet you gonna be Vice Admiral.

Yeah, I think I will try for the racial medal. Started next game as humans.

It'll be great! if you are now over 35 games that means when you will get to 45 with racial victory, it'll be just another 5 games to be over 50! so 15 games if you want 3 more medals (the third one is 50 game winner).

more updates on the ENN (The Empire News Network)

-The Iron Guerillas, #6 rank Empire is no match for us, not only they didn't post a game for a long time, they only got 3 players in the Empire without a logo and without an Emperor. (the Emperor left his own Empire...) they now stand on 628199 points and our score is 486975 points. we only got 141224 points left and with the progress we now have, we'll probably be over them by this week. keep going everyone!

-The Star Wars Mod Team will soon release the Total mod of Star Wars. including new ships, Star Wars Tech Tree, invasion tactics, new movies from EAW, planet maps, races, new background, improvements etc. I know some of you like the metaverse better but it won't be a bad thing to have a look at the all new Star Wars universe for GalCiv II. just keeping you update.

-More people are required! I don't care if they are unranked but Empire is an Empire and an Empire need members! so I'm goning into a quest to find and invite players to join our Empire! soon we'll grow bigger and stronger! "This is all as I have forseen..." "Ahahahahaha...."

-The name "The Galactic Empire" is taken by who506... I wanted to invite him but he didn't answer... I guess we have still 2 choices and 1 new: "The Great Empire" tell me what you think

-I'm trying to invite Rallos Zek to our Empire, but it seems he was seduced by the giant orcas with the doom rays on their back...

-The Paradox is nothing compere to our power just 10000 points and we got them! so keep it up everybody!

It would appear that Rallos Zek did join as well as a couple others. Welcome to the Empire.

I finished two more games, working on that Racial Victory medal. I did the Drengin and Altarian races and am now working on Arcean. Had a rather slow start with the Arceans, but it looks like I am beginning to take control in this one.

"Galactic Empire" would have been good. I don't care for the name "The Great Empire", doesn't sound like Star Wars to me. Just my opinion. I think you should either change it to the "Dark Lords of the Sith", or leave it as it is. With "Dark Lords of the Sith", there would be no doubt as to the nature of our empire.

I noticed we have moved back into 7th place this morning, now we have to try to stay there and make our move on 6th place.   

yes, it is critical that we'll stay on the 7th, The Paradox are pretty tough so I'm gonna post a game right away.
