What the hell

I got Gal Civ 2 and it worked out okay. Then about 2 days ago I downloaded version 1.2 upgrade and the collectors edition download and the game has gotten a bit warped. When I start a game all my planets are about 100 times the size they should be and engulf all of my ships and each other. It's got me befuddled to say the least. For the Love of Tom Cruise please help me.

Uninstall, reinstall, update to 1.2 It contains collectors edition, and that's the problem. You basically downgraded it, and the game got confused.
