Have the proposed changes/enhancements due out in release 1.3 been posted anywhere? I haven't seen anything around on the subject.

Draginol posted the v1.2 change log to the Journals section of this website, when it was released. Chances are good that will be the case when they complete the v1.3 project.

I would prefer they take the time to work all potential new bugs out of 1.3 before releasing it. If that means an extra week or two, then I'm willing to wait. And, to be honest, I have yet to see us exhaust the possibilities of what we currently have for adding to the game. Just needs creativity.
