What is this that was put on my desktop to install called Stardock Central? I didnt install it right away cause I had no idea what it is or what it is used for.

It's stardocks download manager. If you plan on updating the game, you should really install it, speeds things up quite a bit, and allows you to purchase/try stardock software, and get onto the stardock IRC
